Shipping Policy

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times We ship to all countries within the European Union and selected European countries. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Netherlands & Belgium: 5–12 business days
- Rest of Europe: 7–15 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your order at any time via our Track Your Order page.
Customs & Import Duties Orders shipped within the EU are not subject to additional customs duties. For orders shipped outside the EU, customs fees or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@lensio.eu. We will investigate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
